  The controller has a little wear but everything works how it should and for the price being lower makes the dirty wrist strap not look so bad and nothing a little soap and water cant fix. The controller was well protected during shipping and package was late but that between usps not the seller so if this seller is selling something you want to buy you can trust it will look like the picture or better.
