  Item was listed as new but had a pretty significant scratch across the front of the slipcover. I contacted the seller and included a picture, explaining the situation. The seller promptly initiated a return, and I sent the item back. Thus, I am leaving positive feedback in this case. The seller displayed good communication and quickly did the right thing.
