  Item was listed as new, what I received was used. Told me to return it, so I did, then tried to open a case with eBay saying I didn’t return it in the condition he shipped it. eBay thankfully saw through his ploy and issued a refund! Dishonesty never pays! Shame on you!

  The buyer returned an item that did not match the original item's description. This is what's considered dishonest, and the shame lies within your defamatory remarks, and your assumption that I am a "He". We received a different model from what was sent and filed a claim. We also see that you are selling this Exact same item on eBay, and one could assume you needed our "new" item to replace yours. We've handled many issues like this but never left unwarranted negative feedback.
