  I had written a note to ask the seller if this item was the original item & not the new packaging. They kindly wrote back saying that this wasn't the item I had hoped it was & offered me a refund.   Title: Worst seller I’ve ever met on eBay. Review: I ordered 12 packs of Alpro Longlife Soya Vanilla Milk and paid extra for shipping — the delivery cost was almost twice the price of the product. The total order was $212, and the seller sent the wrong item. The seller completely ignored my messages and offered to refund only part of the amount (around $70–80) even though it was their mistake.
