  Excellent service - Accepted seller's offer - good communications - parcel delivered on schedule - model coach was wrapped in tissue paper with plenty of bubblewrap inside a stout card box - the model's condition (new) and appearance were all as described. A quality product which represented real value for money. I have purchased items previously from this seller at model railway shows and through eBay, and will not hesitate to do so again.

  It cannot go unmentioned that no photograph was shown of the item in the listing just a blank picture, other listings had photos. Despite asking twice for information and a picture of the item neither request was answered until after I had taken a risk by buying the item. Having said that, the item was posted very quickly and arrived early.The packaging was very good and given the item turned out to be new in sealed packaging made it excellent value for money. I would buy from the seller again.

Great model trees, exactly as described, sold for a reasonable price, safely and securely packed, sent and received really quickly (arrived about thirty-six hours after I placed my order). All good! Highly recommended seller from whom I've bought before, always had great items and irreproachable service, and from whom I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

  Item posted very promptly and was sent well packed as you'd expect from this well know model seller. Unfortunately my message not to send this quickly because I was away was missed. This resulted in two failed deliveries and a hasty rescheduling from abroad. Item was at a great price and I know this is a reliable and reputable seller. Normally such prompt postage is great but frustrating my message not to post was missed.

  The model arrived quickly and was well packaged in excellent condition just as described. However the price shown on the box didn't match that I had paid, so I queried this with TMC. They immediately apologised and offered to refund the difference of £30.00 and have now done so. Highly recommended as a seller.

  This item arrived safe and sound and in excellent packaging. It was exactly as described. Judging by the date of delivery it must have been dispatched the same day that the order was placed. The standard of service was second to none. The item was competitively priced and I am very happy with all aspects of the sale.
