  Product was exactly as described and in perfect working condition. Everything was properly labeled for easy assembly and initial setup. The price was great for the quality and the packaging was all original with an extra box to protect the identity of the product. Shipping was prompt and seamless.   Excellent vendor, purchased a preamp, it was perfectly packed and shipped immediately. The item was in beautiful condition, but noticed an issue which they immediately helped me troubleshoot, and when we determined it was one of four tubes that apparently was not working correctly they shipped me replacements at no cost. That was not part of the deal, this seller cares about their reputation and their customers, I will definitively buy from them again, and so should you if you're reading this!

  Great seller, the CD player was packed it its original box which was then packed in another box and shipped by FedEx with a signature required. It arrives safely without any damage to the box; I like FedEx the best. The CD player looks near mint and works perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this seller to anyone looking for a good deal on any used HiFi equipment. I paid $929 for the Denon DCD-01700NE which was much cheaper that buying it new for $1700.

  This was a big investment and the seller was so accommodating! From answering my questions prior to sale to shipping updates. Package arrived early, all the fragile items were packed so carefully with no issues to any boxes even. Great value... better than described! I'll definitely be a forever customer to TMR audio.

  Product was actually TRIPLE boxed. It arrived exactly as described - new - unused - original packaging. They handed it off to FEDEX who adjusted their shipping ETA twice. Buy from TMR was great My only difficulty now is figuring out the physical placement of the sub (I have limited space to locate this unit). Once I figure out where I am placing it...the next difficulty will be how to handle the settings for CROSSOVER/PHASE/VOLUME. I am not an audio expert but I love great sounding music.
