  My second purchase from The Old China Shop. Shipping costs and timings were reasonable. The packaging was excellent in terms of protecting a fragile item. The item was exactly as described, and in perfect condition. The value (price) was much less that alternative sources, even after the exchange rate. Excellent value for money. Plus the vendor communicates very well. If the opportunity presents inself again, I will purchase from this vendor.

  My Greenwheat pepper pot is a replacement for one I broke. I am so pleased with it and it is already in use. Packing was really safe with lots of plastic chips. I had a message to say it was in my “safe place” at home. No so. It was meant to be delivered to Argos store. It was except it was left outside the store and a kind customer took it into the store, from where my husband collected it and heard about this. So I was very lucky to receive it but not too impressed with the courier.
