I tried resolving it with professionalism, where he continued to rant and berate me, prior to shipment. I cancelled his order and stated I am disabled trying to fix my health with this eBay business and I don't need belligerent buyers, whom you can't please, ranting. He refused any resolution, so I advised him he is blocked and took appropriate actions based on his actions.
