  Seller misrepresented phone as factory unlocked. It was Verizon locked with an unlocked bootloader, making it unusable. I tried to fix it, and he falsely claimed I damaged it. Refused IMEI check, demanded shady 50% restock fee. Return was closed in error; refund still requested. Now claims I threatened him. Filed a bank dispute. See attached images. Seller is hostile, dishonest, and retaliatory. eBay buyer protection failed. AVOID THIS SELLER.

  I was a bit... skeptical at first, never bought a eBay Refurbished item from a seller, but I got my phone two days early, it said it was in good condition, I would consider it flawless. No scratches on the screen, and the back was beautiful and shiny. Will purchase items from them again! Maybe straight away! Thank you!
