    Novoflex Tripod M with RRS PC-LR Ball Head: Seller shipped tripod quickly. It was packed extremely well. It arrived in perfect condition. It was describe as ‘very clean showing little or no wear’ and it look in like new condition. The Really Right Stuff BH-55 ball head came with lever-release panning clamp which along was almost the price of the whole tripod/head. Seller refunded some of the shipping cost which tells me they are extremely honest. Definitely would use again and recommend!!

    Camera was packed professionally and delivered much faster than expected. Camera was in excellent condition as described, with one minor issue. When I alerted the seller about the issue, they responded immediately and offered a solution that was completely acceptable. Great customer service!

    The seller was great! They provided a lot of information about the item when asked. They used protective packaging and made sure that there were lots of updates after shipping the item. It was exactly as described and totally worth the money based on the condition that they kept it in. Thank you! I will definitely buy again from this seller.
