  One of our employees picked up the envelope at the PO, but since we are in the process of moving our office, the package got misplaced. Since the buyer had not notified either Ebay or myself of the return, the envelope had not been opened. Once it was discovered that it was a return,the envelope was opened and the product was in excellent shape, we immediately refunded the buyer in full.
