  Seller was very attentive with my order after I accidentally used the wrong street address dropdown (selected Heights Dr instead of Hills Dr). The seller explained it was better to cancel the order and to reorder. The items shipped the next day and arrived just days later. Echoing what others have said…seller is very responsive, wonderful service, and all items as expected, packaged well and delivery was fast.

  On the second item here I ordered the wrong pack from the seller. I was looking for 3 off the coarse pads which was item code 2616221 and I ordered item code 2616220 which was 1 blue coarse pad and 2 white fine pads. No problem with the seller though delivery was great. Just unfortunate I ordered the wrong pack.

  Excellant service. Have purchased from here a number of times and items always quickly delivered and well packed. It is hard to find Eheim products close to where I live, so to have a supplier like this is great
