  A+++ Seller! I messaged them to ask if I could make a custom order and they responded quickly. They allowed me to switch the wooden shaft for a carbon one and gave me a fair price for it. They also shipped out my cue the same day that I ordered and it was at my door two days after that. They packaged it extremely well in the free hard case to where it couldn't move or jiggle around at all. I was very leery of ordering such an expensive cue from Ebay but no more! Would use them again 1000%!

  Cue is exactly as described, carefully packaged in a nice little case, with plastic sleeve and paper packing in a cardboard case. The shipping was fast, next day, and I had it three days later. I would recommend the seller for quality of product, describing and shipping.

  Excellent product, very nice quality you would expect from Pechauer. Shipping was very fast and I will be using this seller exclusively for all of my billiards needs. I wish every company were as helpful as they have been. Very nice to deal with and they have most of everything. The packaging was spot on and packaged great.
