  I received the item as described,but unfortunately the packaging had creases on one side of the box,being an inbox collector this was upsetting, I contacted the company requested a partial refund because the box wasn't in mint condition, they were very receptive and gave a partial refund as requested, reputable business!   This product was great, brand new, arrived exactly how it was supposed to. This was my second ebay purchase for the same item after having a disgusting 1st experience with another seller sending me a damaged bag and being awful about the return and refusing it and accusing me of insane things. I was looking for this specific backpack for my son and I am so glad the second go around with this seller here was amazing. Restored my faith in customer service and small business owners.
