  This item was promptly shipped and was priced fairly. It looks like the pictures. Unfortunately, it arrived with two broken pieces leaving the lid to open and expose all the electrical components. I think it's fixable. Extra styrofoam or even bubble wrap may have secured the item better within the box. The box wasn't damaged but the styrofoam inside was shredded to small pieces. I'm assuming this package had a rough ride with the delivery service.

  Product was as described in very very good condition. Box was a little bit dented when it arrived to my address, but nothing was broken inside just typical shipping via the post office. I guess it’s a rough and tumble world in the Postal Service these days.

  Shipping took forever, never shipped on time and then had to create a new shipping label, almost a month to ship. Packaging was appropriate for the shipment, probably the best thing about the whole transaction. As described for the most part, short one of the DVD's that was in the display photo but didn't make the shipment. Value is there but the price paid to get it wasn't necessary, don't know what all of the delays were for. I accepted all of your apologies every time, just so disappointed!!!
