  All was as described, well packaged and sent quickly by the seller. Having missed the first delivery attempt by Evri, I requested the parcel be diverted to my local parcelshop (via Evri tracking). Having not received any more delivery info, I contacted the seller. They soon helped by opening an enquiry with Evri to find out where my parcel was. Shortly after, I received info and parcel with no issues. The seller couldn't be more helpful in trying to help locate the parcel quickly.
