The item was described as "used," but the details said it was aesthetic wear and tear and that they were still functional. I had to spend nearly $50 at a cobbler to fix them. I messaged the seller a week ago about this and never got a response. Beautiful item, but because of the lack of communication I would not buy from this seller again.
