  As described, arrived quickly & securely wrapped. chunkier texture than we initially thought, much softer underfoot than expected . Feels like an acupressure massage if walked on barefoot. Makes room look very cozy for autumn & looks like it’s dressed in a ‘chunky knit’! Recommended Seller, with thanks

  Item that arrived didn’t look anything like what was shown in the photos. Tried to contact seller for refund/return but had no response. Had to have eBay step in to sort my complaint. For context; the first photo is what they advertised, the second is what I received. Would not recommend

  We bought a carpet 2m x 2.8m. received a carpet 1.8m x 2.8m. E-mailed a few times and no response. Thought we were dealing with professionals and not cowboys. We were going to buy a matching hall way runner and two carpets for our kids houses.......they can forget it. We decided to keep the carpet as it was cheap. To any prospective buyers...AVOID...AVOID...AVOID. Beware of cowboys and thieves. We paid more for the the carpet we ordered.
