    My account was hacked and the wrong address was sent to the seller. When we realized what was happening, the seller went above and beyond. She actually sent me another copy for the price of shipping. I was really impressed by her helpfulness. She really didn't have to as it wasn't her fault either. Renewed my faith in humanity a bit.
