  The seller had falsely advertised the item as brand new, which means unopened, yet it did not even have it's original box - it had been wrapped by the seller in paper instead. Furthermore, the seller had written "Brand New with no marks, scratches, or broken pieces", yet there are very noticeable scratches on one side window as well as the rear window. This is clearly a used item which the unscrupulous seller has impudently passed off as new in order to charge more money.
