    Hello, I really wanted this blouse, Although upon opening the package,the blouse has a big snag on front, another on the back & the arm. It also has something on the front. Maybe food? Want to return this top as paid over $100.00 which is alot more than I usually pay for Hale Bob. Please confirm if this is possible, seller doesn't accept returns, they were nice to accept a lower offer but very disappointed with the condition. Thank You, Debra
