  Seller listed item for $9.99 or best offer. I offered $5.49 and that offer was accepted. I find because the shipper accepted my offer. He would only ship the item in a flimsy plastic bag that offered no protection rather than a box that offered more protection The item arrives severely damaged.  seller refuses to replace the item or issue a full refund. In order to file a claim through eBay‘s resolution center I would have to pay to ship the item back. That I refuse to do.

  The USPS damaged the item which is insured. I tried explaining this to the customer but he did not want to file the claim (which would have paid him back the cost of the item plus shipping as explained by USPS staff). I graciously offered to send another one in a box if he covered shipping, but he didn't want to do that either. The only other option is to follow eBay's return policy, which again, he did not want to do. As seen by all other feedback, I have not had issues with any other customer.

  I found the Darrell Lea imported candy brand on a recent trip to Sydney, Australia. This chocolate bar is excellent and has large chunks of almond and miniature marshmallows in each brick of the milk chocolate bar. These chocolate bars can be difficult to find periodically, but this vendor had a good supply at a very good price. The candy was received promptly in excellent condition and is superb. I highly recommend both the candy and the vendor. I am very happy with this purchase.
