  The item arrived and something was unfortunately wrong with it, as can happen sometimes. I contacted the seller and explained the situation and they dealt with it absolutely professionally, clear communication throughout, not to mention exemplary integrity. The seller gave a full refund for the mishap and was courteous throughout. Despite the fault being present on the item, owing to the professionalism of the seller, i would buy from them again.   My new antique pocket watch is amazing arrived very well packed and is working pretty well considering his age it is exactly as described. The best part is that the selling price was very decent. Excellent customer service and great communication skills.

  The item was listed as 'superb sealed condition' - The cellophane was actually torn on the back and part of the spine, so not quite as described. Nice fast postage. Good packaging. Great value.
