I ordered this spe ific headset to replace one I have that gave up. Shipping time was great, but it was the wrong item. I set seller a message letting them know I received the wrong item. They responded with they would look into it. After a week I set them another message, no response. After about 2 weeks I sent another message letting them know I would really like the headset I ordered. Their response was to send me a return label which I received a refund minus shipping. Hoped for better.
