That was not the case, each binder only held 6 each. That took the total storage space down from 108 discs to 36, HUGE difference. That is not even the real issue, the real concern for me is the lack of willingness to accept responsibility and make it right. They have dragged this on too long. This is wrong on so many levels. In spite of this we asked what you felt was fair, but your request for a free item from our store (including free shipping from Canada to Texas) while keeping the original wasn't reasonable—it's over 3x the item’s cost.
