  You don't know how happy these salt and pepper shakers have made me. When I was very young I lived in Japan and had these persimon shakers. They traveled around the world with us until dad retired and they sat above our kitchen stove until my parents died. Broken and reglued I fought with my siblings to gain custody of them. It's a memory that meant home to me! I will place these in a place of honor (and save the broken remains of the original ones). Thank you so much!
