Seller doesn't understand or follow eBay policies. Case filed with eBay, who ruled in my favor and issued a return authorization. I'll be receiving a refund through eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Seller takes no responsibility and blames the postal service for mishandling. The letter handler wheels destroyed the package - as it would with any package. I first, requested the buyer use the insurance I paid extra for as this was gross negligence by USPS and use a return as a second option. The buyer never responded & instead filed a complaint. Per policy, eBay always refunds damaged goods without question. Regardless, all slabbed items will now be sent in large packaging and with added cardboard protection.
