If I could give this seller ten stars, I would. The item was shipped EXTREMELY promptly to get here in time for the holidays, despite the inconvenience to the seller. The sketch was also packaged very carefully packed. I very much appreciated the extra care that went into this. The seller was also proactively communicative; making sure I knew when the package was coming, when it was shipped, etc. It was a great experience.
