  It is not the seller, but eBay that is the problem. Pkg arrived damaged. Informed seller, who filed a claim with the carrier. Carrier picked up the item f pm the buyer. You I’ll not refund me because I haven’t returned the item. I was advised to close the return. I am filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Fraud Against Seniors department.
