  I received the earrings on 8/19 which is ok with me;the packing was done professionally.The earrings were clean and without any discolorations ,it was like new. I knew about DW creations because I have a fair collection both 18k&combination.Value is fair because off the quality. Thank you .

  The earrings are not appropriate for the gift I needed. The stones were very bland and even if used, they should have some sparkle. The packaging and shipping were fine. Not really a good value.

  The earrings were on sale and I gave her an additional discount on top of the sale price. The listing stated not returnable. After she received them, she requested a return, stating the reason as "Ordered by Mistake." Before I could respond to her request, she left the above FB. I sent an email for clarification on why she wanted to return. Rather than deny her return request, I accepted it, and promptly refunded her payment I did ask her to kindly revise the FB and she ignored the email.

  Packaged beautifully and secure. Earrings were in the separated DY pouch to keep them from scratching each other. Love them! Not too heavy or big, so I can comfortably wear them all day. Classy.
