The most pressing issue is that I purchased the printer on the 8th, just after noon. Instead of shipping it the next day, though, they took FIVE days to get the package to UPS. Friday and Monday are also business days. There's no reason it should've shipped on Tuesday. Two day shipping is worthless if it takes five days to get the product to the shipping company.
