  The pen arrived with the cap bent so that I couldn’t get the cap on without the paper collar. I reached out to the seller and let them know. They didn’t have another pen to replace it with, so after some discussion they went out of their way to contact Lamy and get me a replacement cap. It really was excellent service, above and beyond and I really appreciated the extra effort. I would buy from them again without hesitation!
