    Shipping took longer than expected, and the doll arrived in just a bag with some bubble wrap, which unfortunately wasn’t enough protection as doll’s face cracked in two places due to shipping damage. I contacted the seller, and within minutes, they responded with an apology and promptly issued a refund, which I truly appreciate. The doll itself was as described, and the value was decent, but potential buyers should be aware of the inadequate packaging.
