  It’s the stitching that’s ripped not the leather. Unwearable until repairs are made. Disappointed that shoes cannot be used as is.

  Purchased item on the first and obtained shipping information to be delivered on the fifth. Item did not arrive as scheduled. Received tracking update now showing it won't arrive until the tenth.

  I am sorry, I shipped the item on time so it is not my fault that it is delayed. The USPS has the item and for whatever reason they had issues getting the package to your location on time.
