  The skirt I bought was new with tags and was exactly as described. It fits well and is well made. I think I paid a fair price. The outer bag it was in for shipping was a pretty red and white floral one. I thought that was nice extra touch by the seller. I would definitely recommend this seller and will continue to shop the store. The post office had a delay in delivery but the item was shipped in a timely manner by the seller. I'm very pleased with my new skirt.

  Says NEW obviously not ..I requested a refund and seller actually sent me a scolding email of how dare I …obviously not the right way to run a business. eBay has several other options of sellers who are honest not argumentative and grateful which you are none of the above. And here’s a tip “ don’t try and strong arm buyers until after they have left feedback as you wouldn’t have gotten a negative review had you not of sent that email first”.

  My original response was absolutely professional and I stand by what I said. This item is brand new and matches the description and pics. You were given a full refund and I paid for return shipping even though honestly, you should have. We're sorry that you're not satisfied with this whole transaction but there is nothing that I would've done differently.
