  The plushies in a physical sense were in good condition but the stains were a lot worse than had been led on. Loads of little hairs that were most likely from a pet were also on the plushies. I wouldn’t be really having an issue with this if the seller had properly taken pictures of the stains and mentioned the odd black hairs on them.

  We hate to hear you are unhappy with your items. We wish you would've reached out to us so we could've remedy the situation. We did mention that some of the items were stained in the listing but they were so minimal and hard to see that we felt just mentioning them would suffice. we will learn from this and grow :)
