  Used 1:25 scale diecast model 1969 Dodge Charger R/T. Bubble wrap packaging, and arrived on time. Description said "IN LIKE NEW CONDITION," but has scratches and chips. Reasonable price for what I received. Smooth and easy transaction with this eBay seller.

  The seller sent the unit without the proprietary power supply cord, also the listing said it came with five cameras, messaged them and they said it does not come with those items, borrowed a power supply from another unit and tested, and of course the unit was defective. Seller stopped responding and would not send a return shipping label so I contacted eBay and they stepped in and sent me one and made the seller refund my money. Horrible long process!

  listing was clear that it is a device, no cable was listed in the description, i offered to give him a partial refund so he could find the cable, they declined and then i accept the return, its the buyer responsibility to ship back the item, i was waiting for the item to be returned so i could provide the full refund. i don't understand the concern, i responded right until item showed shipped back?
