  Reel was described as functional and brand new never used which clearly isn’t the case upon unboxing the reel I found that the second speed does not engage and the handle spins freely and I could hear parts of something going around in the gears upon opening the reel up I’ve found that a piece to separate the gears has failed creating slack in the gears and handle and not allowing the two speed to work as it should seller hasn’t responded to any msgs so far
