  The shade had multiple pin holes.

  I'm not sure if the buyer didn't see all the pictures of the pin holes or if the shade was not aesthetically pleasing when he received it. In any case, no attempt was made to contact me to help resole his dissatisfaction. It takes me awhile to look at feedback and I am just seeing this one. It is important to me for customers to be pleased. I cannot assume what the issue is if I'm not contacted.

  Fast shipping, well packed, as pictured, a good value. The hole for the tail was a little smaller than I expected, but instead of a cactus I can use an air plant. Real well made and really cute! Thanks!
