The shoes don’t fit even though Ecco size 40 always have. I’m in the process of trying to stretch them.. But the seller is excellent.

I paid for the item. It took a very long time to ship. I tracked the item. USPS shows the item status as delivered. However, it has not been received. My husband is retired and was home that day. We have a doorbell camera and another camera that show no packages being delivered that day. I let it go about a week knowing that sometimes the tracking status can be off. I reached out to the seller. They suggested that I speak with our mail carrier. I did, but still no ciat

I’m sorry the coat didn’t arrive. Tracking shows it was delivered, and I responded to all your messages about the delay to help resolve the issue. While I can’t control what happens after shipment, I recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. I truly value your business and am here to help however I can.
