  Arrived with some damage unfortunately on the book that I wasn't expecting from the photographs, there is a slight rip at the top of the dust cover, this might have been done during transit from the US to the UK although it was well packaged. But however for the price, and the fact this is a rare book I've struggled to find, I'm happy. Thank you!

  Thank you for the kind feedback and I'm so sorry about the unexpected damage. Hopefully, it at least arrived quickly, I shipped via Pirate Ship and that was a little cheaper than the eBay quote so I was able to upgrade to priority.
