  Excellent seller with outstanding customer service! Several months ago, I purchased a Jan Hagara doll music box, but unfortunately received an incorrect item. Due to international shipping to China, I only discovered the issue over a month after delivery. Despite the delay, the seller responded promptly and provided a perfect resolution.   THESE ITEMS MAY BE OLD, BUT THEY ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE NUMEROUS PICTURES THAT THE SELLER SHOWED DID THESE PIECES OF ART JUSTICE IN EVERY WAY. THEY WERE VERY DETAILED IN MULTI VIEWS, EVEN SHOWING THE DATES OF THE ITEMS, WHERE THEY WERE MADE & THE NAMES OF THE ARTISTS. THE PACKAGING WAS PERFECT WITH EACH ITEM WRAPPED IN LOTS OF BUBBLE WRAP & "FRAGILE" STICKERS ALL AROUND THE BOX (ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION). THE SHIPPING WAS VERY FAST. THE PRICE WAS A GREAT VALUE. THANK YOU! AAA+++!!!

  Pony was package well. It was wrapped perfectly to not break since it had no box which was surprising I’ve had ponies packed well and was still broke. Item came as it was described and was worth the price. Thanks again. Shipping time well….its never fast enough when your wanting something lol but it arrived in the estimated delivery dates.

  Shipped very quickly and packaged professionally to protect the figurine and completely as described with all original paperwork and even the receipt from when Daisy was bought. She is an amazing value and I couldn't believe I found her for the price I paid. I collected Cherished Teddies in the beginning for my Daughter who has since given them to my Granddaughter so this will be a great addition.
