  Really great to work with this seller! At first I thought there were missing parts. I contacted the seller that I'd check the hardware to try getting replacements. If not then I'd want to return the rug loom. The seller didn't hesitate but said they would accept a return. I happen to remember a hard spot in the wadded up packing paper so I checked it and sure enough the missing parts were inside there. I'm very happy with the seller's quick response to my concerns and was reassuring.
