  The item was listed as New without tags. It was shipped quickly and double packaged, well protected. When the costume arrived I took it out of the package and it was dirty and torn and had clearly been worn. Contacted the seller and they promptly gave me a full refund. So the item was not as described but the seller did make it right and was apologetic. Good customer service
