  There was an issue initially in which the wrong item was given to the seller but they communicated this effectively and quickly and informed me of when the plush would be available. Fast forward to now, the plush has arrived and its exactly as pictured and adorable. 100% worth it and good seller

  Package came faster than expected. Items are a bit crumpled due to the packaging, but otherwise looks exactly like the photos. Seller was prompt with communication as well. Overall positive experience!

  This seller went above and beyond for me. Unfortunately the product was faulty (not the sellers fault) and they were prompt and communicative when it came to sorting it out for me. I would be more than happy to deal with them again as they really were incredibly helpful. As for the product (when it was replaced) it’s great. Nawya always do an amazing job at lower prices than major competitors.
