It needed to be sent for repair and we were given the option of a refund or to wait for the repair, with a small discount. Initially we opted to wait, but after two weeks, the watchmaker had not been able to fit in the work and we decided we would rather have a refund. The money was returned within the hour and all through the transaction, communication from the seller was excellent.
