The bowls were individually wrapped in the padded mailing envelopes which wasn’t sufficient enough to protect them. Seller offered to have me return them. After thinking about it, I decided to keep the ones that were not broken as they were reasonably priced. I have a set of 5 and want a set of 12. These 3 will help me toward that. This seller was very easy to work with. I only regret that three of the bowls were broken.
