She must not know how ebay works. She bought doll then wanted to cancel transaction. She opened a claim, and Ebay told me I had to respond by March 9th. I responded to her March 8th, 1 day early. I fully refunded her item right away. Her doll was ready to go.I do have a bit longer of a shipping and handling policy because I have a type of MS, so it takes a little longer sometimes.This lady was very difficult and impatient. EBAY :(
