  The purchased item was good and in very good condition, but it did not fit my bike, so I messaged and explained. In our communication, I learned that this item wouldn't work for my bicycle, and the seller offered me a refund as well; I thought I could try the 24-inch bike, but it was too high for me, so I accepted the seller's offer. I FedEx them the item. However the seller was very cooperative, assisted me with what I needed and was easy to work with. Professional seller, highly recommended
