  Product was as advertised but the screw that fits into the club head, connecting it to the shaft was missing. Not a huge deal, I just needed to buy that additional piece.

  I am sorry about the damage. I had checked the unit before ship, but couldn't find the damage you describe. It might be damaged during the shipping for something else. anyway, if you want I can give you full refund. again, sorry for the damage.
